Upgrade to mediawiki 1.15.0 finished. Some spam cleanup and further adjustements were made (allowing image hotlinking and recovering the logo)

Roguebasin Mantainance: Upgrade to Mediawiki 1.15

Made all the needed backups and tried to perform the upgrade. Stumbled uppon the PHP5 requirements, hoping to get the hosting company to upgrade their version.
